Shake table testing often requires the generation of time histories with a test specified response spectrum.  SPECTIME produces the required spectrum matching time histories.   Typical iterations take only seconds to meet IEEE-344 multi-axes stationary  independence.

SPECTIME is a PC-based, ANCO written utility that uses the Gasparini and Van Mark algorithm.
